WITH GOD'S BLESSING
Dusk is now settling upon the rose
Our dream is dark within the bud
Through the grace of God we will grow
Our hearts and minds are His life's blood
But we must wait just like a rose
Our moment takes time to unfold
But once we open we cannot close
The love within a heart of gold
Can't you see
God's Wonder is everywhere!
Creation is longing to sing to you
With a blessing
A pure new life
God's Heart is tender and deep as the sky
Could a single thorn make it break?
How long must heaven continue to cry
Till we restore our first mistake?
Still God is longing to Bless us all
And wipe the tears from our eyes
We are more than the meadowlarks
Singing praises to him on high
Can't you see
God's Wonder is everywhere!
Everywhere the grass is turning black
The acid rain just cannot stay
Everyone wants to be getting back
To a more natural way
There are whales that we must save
But first let's walk hand in hand
Otherwise the mighty Ocean's wave
Has no reason to touch the land
